Take 1-2 gels per hour of high training activity. One gel contains 40g of carbohydrates with a 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin and fructose. This formulation helps the product to be easily absorbed by the body without causing stomach issues. If you wish to consume more than 60g of carbohydrates per hour, the 2:1 glucose-fructose ratio allows for higher amounts of carbohydrates to be absorbed over time compared to the intake of glucose alone.
