Warranty

All products from Energy-king.eu are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This means that depending on the specific situation, you can either have the product repaired, replaced, receive a refund, or a price reduction. Of course, this assumes that the complaint is valid and that the defect did not occur due to improper use of the product or other damaging behaviour. In addition, reference is made to the applicable provisions of the Sales of Goods Act.

Any complaints or warranty claims must be sent by email.

If the complaint is not valid, you will subsequently be billed for the shipping costs incurred by Energy-king.eu in connection with the handling of the unfounded complaint. We kindly ask you to contact Energy-king.eu before returning the defective item. When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Please note that the item must always be returned in proper packaging, and make sure to obtain a receipt for the shipment so that we can refund your amount as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not accept packages sent cash on delivery.

Once you have returned an item, you will receive an email confirmation when we have received the item. In this email, you will receive information about the further process regarding the handling of your cancellation or warranty claim.
