Returns

You always have the option to returning your purchase on energy-king.eu, but no later than within 14 days after receiving your goods. It is important to note that certain types of items, such as sports nutrition products, energy products, and sealed food packaging, cannot be returned if the seal has been broken after delivery for health and hygiene reasons.

When you wish to cancel your purchase, we will, of course, refund the amount you have paid as soon as possible - no later than within 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to cancel the agreement. Please note that you are responsible for covering the costs of returning the products. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods unless you can provide proof of having returned them. We strive to make this process as smooth as possible for you.
