PurePower's Energy Gel helps speed up recovery, reduce muscle soreness, and increase muscle resilience, preventing muscle cramps.

How to use ( Recommended use and dosage )

For optimal effectiveness, it's recommended to take the gel at least 30 minutes before the desired effect is needed. This allows for optimal absorption and utilization of nutrients, while preparing the body for intense training and improving performance levels.

To replenish energy levels after exercise, it contains carbohydrates from all sources. The recommended intake is 4g per kg of body weight within the first 4-6 hours after intense or prolonged exercise. This helps quickly replenish glycogen stores and improves muscle recovery rate while reducing the risk of overtraining.

With 100 mg of caffeine per 100 g, our Energy Gel is not suitable for children, pregnant, or breastfeeding women. However, it's perfect for enhancing your mental alertness and focus during training or competition. It also improves reaction time and reduces the feeling of fatigue during physical activity.

To maintain the quality and freshness of the product, Energy Gels should be stored in a dry and cool place. This extends the shelf life and preserves the nutritional value of the product, allowing you to always enjoy its benefits.

Ingredients

PurePower's Energy Gel contains a balanced blend of carbohydrates and caffeine for optimal performance. The ingredients include water, maltodextrin, dextrose, fructose, glucose, caffeine (0.1%), flavor, acidity regulator: E330, thickener: E415, preservatives: E202 & E211. This nutritious and delicious energy gel is designed to provide you with the necessary energy to perform at your best.

PurePower's Energy Gel has a more liquid consistency compared to similar products, making it convenient to use during running or cycling without the need to stop or drink water. It's easy to consume during physical activity without disrupting the pace, while also preventing dehydration and maintaining the body's fluid balance.
